Full Service Event Management
The full event management package includes everything from the day-of coordination plus handing all logistics, regular communication to the client, social media advertising on our platform, guests list communication, distribution and RSVP management.

Day-of Event Coordination
This is for the smaller budgets who want their event day coordination to be a breeze and have the ability to be a guest at their own event.. This could be an event that internally has been coordinated but required on the day of service.

Every event is different and with the custom package my clients can book an initial consultation to go over their requirements, budget and timeline.

My name is Tikesa Hale, and I am a proud Luritja and Wuthathi woman, born and raised on Larrakia Country. With a Diploma in Event Management and nearly a decade of experience in both government and non-profit sectors, I have honed my skills in the industry. xHalEvents is a 100% Aboriginal owned and operated company, and my vision is to see First Nations events led and managed by mob.

We worked closely with Tikesa Hale and the XhalEvents team to deliver the Reece Group Reconciliation Action Plan Launch on Larrakia Country at our Berrimah branch in Darwin, a milestone moment for our organisation.

Tikesa played a significant role in fleshing out the many strands of requirements for what was essentially, a quite brief, half-hour programme but with national and historic implications.
Her task was complicated by a constantly evolving guest register including the late inclusion of Her Excellency, the Governor General, Sam Mostyn, as well as the Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese; Acting Administrator of the NT, Judge Elizabeth Morris; the NT Chief Minister, Lia Finocchiaro, and Opposition Leader, Selena Uibo.
The fact that the unveiling service not only went without a hitch and was live-televised nationally by the ABC but took place at the entirely appropriate but ‘uncivilised’ hour of sunrise, was in no small part due to Tikesa’s role in the event.
